In April 2009, I agreed to run the New York City Marathon in support of the Alzheimer’s Association, NYC Chapter. I was starting from scratch, so I documented my training experience at Racing to Remember.

Now I’m a RRCA-certified running coach (how did that happen?!), and you can read about my adventures here.

I’m a 30 year old “New Yorker” (I’ve almost crossed the 10-year threshhold of official-ness) living with my husband and two kitties, Maddy and Tom. I love running, food, doing stuff, going places, food, cheese, yoga, and food.

  1. Hi Meghann,

Just became familiar with Run to Remember after you followed us on Twitter. My grandfather past suffered for years with Alzheimers so we’d love to help out in any way we can. We’re doing training programs for The Pink Agenda, which is a group training for NYC this year to raise money for Breast Cancer.

  2. Hi Brian,

Thank you so much for checking out our team. I’m sorry to heat that you have had to experience Alzheimer’s personally.

I’d love to hear more about what you’re doing with the Pink Agenda. Can I read more on your website?

    Thanks again!

  3. Hi!
